The Chief of Bachama Kingdom in Adamawa, Daniel Shaga, has advised politicians from the state’s Southern Senatorial Zone to unite and join hands to design plans to develop the area.
Shaga made the call during a courtesy visit to his palace by Sen. Binos Yaroe, representing Adamawa South Senatorial District, in Numan on Thursday.
“A lot will be achieved in the zone and the state as a whole when you are united,” he said.
The paramount ruler added that this would also give them more opportunities to get to the people the dividends of democracy.
He pledged his support to efforts towards maintaining peaceful co-existence and justice in the chiefdom.
In his remarks, Yaroe congratulated the monarch for his emergence as the paramount ruler of Bachama.
“The kingmakers have made the right choice and I assure you of my full support.
“I am ready to render any assistance that will ensure your success as the ruler and improve this chiefdom,” he said.
