Adurogboye seeks to enhance proficiency in aviation through book launch

Mr Sam Adurogboye, the Public Relations Manager, Nigeria Civil Aviation Authority (NCAA), says he is ready to enhance professional proficiency in aviation from his wealth of knowledge in the sector.
Adurogoye made the declaration on Friday in Abuja during an interview with the News Agency of Nigeria (NAN).
The manager said he had compiled the pieces of information in a comprehensive book entitled: “Handbook on Public Relations Practice and Aviation Reporting“ on the subject matter to achieve the feat.
According to the seasoned PR practitioner, the book seeks to enhance the professional proficiency of media and public relations practitioners, aviation lawyers, students among others.
“ Presented in elegant prose and rich in perspectives, the book tackles such as: what is not Public Relations: Public Relations and Marketing of Bad Product; PR as a Management functions; My Experience; Media Relations.
“Bilateral Air Service Agreements (BASA); Aviation Reporting; Role of the Nigeria College of Aviation Technology (NCAT); My Field Experience among others.
“The book is published by SAPTCO Communication Limited, a PR firm and is in paper back and hard cover to take care of all classes of readers and buyers, “ he said.
According to him, the 16-chapter book is a product of years of research and professional experience.
“ The book will be presented in Lagos on Oct. 14, when I will turn 60 and retire from NCAA where I worked from inception in the year 2,000.
“The event will be chaired by Pharmacist Kunle Ekundayo, the Managing of Drugfield Pharmaceutical Limited. Barrister Allen Onyema , the Chairman of Air Peace , will be the Chief Launcher of the book,“ he said (NAN)
