Stakeholder lauds CAC for exceptional service delivery

A legal practitioner, Mr Christopher Atsen has applauded the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC) for providing swift resolutions to challenges encountered while interfacing with its Registration Portal.
According to the Head of Media Section, Public Affairs Unit of CAC, Rasheed Mahe in a statement issued on Sunday in Abuja, the commendation is contained in a letter written to the CAC.
Atsen, a principal partner of Springfield Law Practice based in Kaduna, expressed delight at the efficiency, professionalism, and promptness demonstrated by the CAC through its portal.
He recalled his initial reach out to the Commission’s customer service and the Special Projects Unit (SPU) with a complaint regarding company registration.
He said he was particularly impressed by the prompt resolution of his complaint through CAC’s SPU.
The lawyer said a reference number, CHB5953A, was assigned to his complaint bordering on share capital.
Atsen said through this dedicated efforts of the SPU, his company registration was approved and the necessary certificate and document were issued to allow them to proceed with their business plan without delay.
“The ckmmission’ s outstanding service makes a significant difference, and I pray for a continuous positive relationship with the Commission,” he said. (NAN)(www.nannews.ng)
