The Integrity Group Nigeria, a political support group, has expressed support for ongoing electoral reforms, particularly the electronic transmission of election results.
Oke Idawene, National Convener of the group and Renewed Hope Agenda Ambassador, made this known in an interview with newsmen on Thursday in Abuja.
Idawene reaffirmed the group’s support for President Bola Tinubu’s administration ahead of the 2027 general elections.
He said that the group’s endorsements was based on “massive and undeniable development” witnessed under the current administration.
He also reiterated the group’s support for Delta State Governor, Sheriff Oborevwori, citing developmental strides in the state.
According to him, the group, which has a national presence, has continued to mobilise support for good governance through voter education and advocacy initiatives aimed at informing the electorate.
He said that the organisation was actively working toward strengthening public awareness and participation in governance processes as part of its broader objective of supporting Tinubu’s re-election.(NAN) (www.nannews.ng)
