The Presidential Enabling Business Environment Council (PEBEC) and the Federal Airports Authority of Nigeria (FAAN) have unveiled an upgraded ReportGov Kiosk at the Murtala Muhammed International Airport Terminal 2, Ikeja, Lagos State.

The Director-General of PEBEC, Princess Zahrah Mustapha-Audu, said this in a statement on Tuesday in Abuja.

The News Agency of Nigeria (NAN) reports that Audu and the Managing Director of FAAN, Olubunmi Kuku did the unveiling.

Speaking at the unveiling, Mustapha-Audu said that the initiative made it easier for travellers to report airport service issues, illegal demands, or complaints.

According to her, it will also help improve efficiency and accountability at the airport.

She reaffirmed the Federal Government’s commitment to institutionalising feedback as a core governance tool.

The director-general stressed that citizen voices were central to driving sustainable reforms and enhancing Nigeria’s ease of doing business.

Also speaking, FAAN managing director emphasised the strategic importance of airports as service touchpoints.

Kuku reiterated FAAN’s support for initiatives that enhance transparency and service quality within the aviation ecosystem.

NAN reports that ReportGov is the Federal Government’s official service-delivery feedback platform, established to capture real-time complaints, commendations, and citizen feedback across Ministries, Departments, and Agencies (MDAs).

The deployment of physical kiosks expands access to the platform by providing 24/7 self-service channels in high-traffic government locations, ensuring that citizens and travellers can easily report service gaps as they occur.

The kiosks are designed to strengthen transparency, deter rent-seeking and unethical practices, and promote a more accountable and citizen-centric public service culture.

Through structured tracking and resolution mechanisms, ReportGov improve inter- agency coordination and ensures that issues raised by the public are escalated, monitored, and resolved within defined timelines.

ReportGov remains Nigeria’s only functional National Grievance RedressMechanism, reinforcing the government’s resolve to build trust, improve service delivery, and strengthen accountability across all tiers of public administration.

The unveiling was witnessed by key stakeholders and Agencies within the airport.

It marked the symbolic reactivation of the ReportGov kiosks across major international airports in Lagos, Abuja, Enugu, Kano, and Port Harcourt, signalling a renewed commitment to responsive governance and improved public service. (NAN)
