A political pressure group, Nationwide Tinubu Connect Associates (NTCA), says there is no vacancy in Aso Rock for any other candidate ahead of the 2027 general elections.
Director-General of the group, Alhaji Bello Maigari, stated this in Abuja at a news conference and endorsement of Tinubu for re-election in 2027.
Maigari said that as Nigeria moved closer to the 2027 general elections, the group remained firm, confident and unwavering in its support for Tinubu.
“We believe in his mission; we trust his visionary leadership; we recognise his capacity to secure a safer, stronger and more prosperous Nigeria. Hence, there is no vacancy in Aso Rock,” he said.
The director-general expressed NTCA’s commitment to engaging in full mobilisation, grassroots engagement, strategic communication and nationwide coordination to ensure a resounding and historic victory for Tinubu in 2027.
“We are convinced beyond any doubt that President Tinubu remains the most capable, visionary, courageous and results-driven leader to sustain Nigeria’s progress and secure a prosperous future for generations to come,” he said.
Maigari attributed Tinubu’s endorsement to what he called his unmatched track record in transforming Lagos into a global city.
He also cited courage, competence and the political will to implement reforms which others had avoided as well as visible progress in infrastructure, governance, security, agriculture and digital economy.
Maigari further highlighted the Renewed Hope Agenda which, he said, was steadily resetting Nigeria’s foundation, along with Tinubu’s preparedness, experience and visionary leadership, unmatched by any other contender.
He, therefore, called on Nigerians from all backgrounds—youths, women, professionals, traditional institutions, political stakeholders and community leaders—to support ‘a leader that has consistently delivered results’.(NAN)(www.nannews.ng)
