A real estate firm, Real Forte Estate Ltd., has unveiled the second phase of its residential development, the Glade, located in the Idu Sabo area of Abuja.

The Chief Executive Officer and Co-founder of the firm, Mr Ayobami Folarin, made this known in an interview with newsmen on Sunday in Abuja.

Folarin said the initiative aimed at expanding housing supply and investment opportunities in the rapidly developing corridor.

He said the new phase followed the successful rollout of The Glade Phase I, which recorded over 200 per cent returns for early investors.

Folarin explained that the expansion was driven by increasing demand from prospective buyers who were unable to secure plots during the first phase.

“The launch of the second phase of the  Glade, located in the Idu Sabo area of Abuja seeks to expand housing and investment opportunities in the rapidly developing corridor.

“This new phase follows the earlier rollout of the Glade Phase I, which has yielded over 200 per cent returns for early investors.”

He said the Glade Phase II offered a mix of terrace, semi detached, and fully detached plots, with payment options structure to make them more accessible to both homeowners and investors.

He added that the estate is strategically located within an axis benefiting from ongoing infrastructure projects, including the Inner Northern Expressway and road links through the Karimo–Lifecamp corridor.

According to him, this is expected to enhance accessibility and stimulate further growth in the area.

He further disclosed that the estate would feature sports and recreational facilities, internal road networks, parking areas and community centres to support modern residential living.

Folarin noted that Real Forte Estate Ltd. currently has additional projects across Abuja, including developments in Apo Tafyi, Karasana and Sabon Lugbe, as part of its expansion strategy focused on emerging districts within the Federal Capital Territory. (NAN)(www.nannews.ng)
