The Nassarawa State All Progressives Congress (APC) Presidential Campaign Council (PCC) has appreciated President Bola Tinubu for appointing Imaan Ibrahim as one of his cabinet members.

This is contained in a statement signed by the Deputy Director of the PCC, North-Central Zone, Alhaji Yusuf Omaki, and made available to newsmen on Friday in Lafia.

The PCC also threw its weight behind the appointment of Ibrahim as minister from Nasarawa State.

“We want to hail President Tinubu for founding Ibrahim worthy to serve as minister in his cabinet.

“We also want to congratulate Ibrahim on her appointment and we wish her well.”

The statement felicitated with Ibrahim for her appointment and successful screening by the Senate.

“We congratulate you for your successful screening by the Senate and wish you God’s guidance, protection and wisdom as you set for a new assignment in the service of your fatherland,’’ the statement said.

The council noted that she has all the capacity to deliver on her mandate.

The PCC described Ibrahim’s appointment as well deserved and assured her of their support to succeed.

“Your appointment is well deserved considering your wealth of experience in governance and humanitarian services and we are optimistic on your ability to deliver on your mandate,” he stated.

Omaki urged her to bring her rich experience to bear and wished her God’s guidance and protection. (NAN) (www.nannews.ng)
