Gtext Holdings, a real estate and technology conglomerate, has unveiled a groundbreaking reality television show to foster entrepreneurship and empower the next generation of leaders.

The Chairman and Chief Executive Officer (CEO), Dr Stephen Akintayo, made this known at a news conference on Friday in Lagos.

Akintayo said the reality television show was positioned to be significantly bigger than any in Nigeria in scope and prize value.

The chairman said the unprecedented show would identify and mentor future industry giants.

Akintayo added that the winner would walk away with a life-changing grand prize package that includes N100 million cash prize.

“The winner will also go home with a one billion Naira Joint Venture (JV) Land Partnership.

“A one-year apprenticeship as CEO under Dr Stephen Akintayo, participation in International business trips for global exposure and networking,” he said.

Akintayo added that the initiative was designed to be the ultimate platform for turning entrepreneurial talent into tangible, generational wealth.

He noted that the company had earlier announced a triple-header of ambitious initiatives across its sectors.

He listed the initiatives as a major new housing development, the launch of a revolutionary youth empowerment reality show, and an upcoming high-profile leadership conference.

According to him, these moves underscore Gtext’s aggressive commitment to empowering the African youth and delivering world-class infrastructure.

Akintayo said the company also launched a 1,000 New Housing Units in Jasper in the Ibeju-Lekki area of Lagos State.

“Gtext is significantly expanding its footprint with the official launch of 1,000 ultra-modern housing units within its signature Jasper development.

“This project is set to address the urgent need for quality and sustainable housing in the region.

“To kick off this massive undertaking, Gtext is offering an exclusive pre-launch release of 50 units, of which 12 have already been sold, providing early investors and homeowners a unique opportunity to secure prime property at favorable prices.

“This development will start with an initial 200 units with the official launch/groundbreaking on Jan, 31, 2026,” he said.

Akintayo said the company initiated a “Billionaire Habits Conference” to host ‘global titans’.

This, he said, was in line with its commitment to high-level mentorship for economic growth and development.

Akintayo said the event was a flagship initiative dedicated to shaping the mindset of future billionaires, exposing attendees to the foundational principles of enduring success, leadership, and wealth creation from some of the world’s most accomplished figures.

He said the confirmed key speakers included Bishop David Oyedepo, Founder, Living Faith Church Worldwide (Winners’ Chapel);  Oba Adedotun Gbadebo III, the Alake of Egbaland; and Chief Olusegun Obasanjo, Former President.

Akintayo said others are Dave Burrows Senior Pastor, Bahamas Faith Ministries International (Successor to Dr Myles Munroe), Leo Stan Eke, Founder & Chairman, Zinox Group/Chairman, Konga.com, Cosmas Maduka, Founder, President & Chairman, Coscharis Group.(NAN) (www.nanews.ng)
