Nigerian Afrobeats stars Seyi Vibez and Omah Lay have released a new collaborative single titled “My Healer”, further strengthening the global appeal of contemporary Nigerian music.
This is contained in a statement by the Seyi Vibez’s Publicist Bolaji Ajayi, made available to the News Agency of Nigeria (NAN) in Lagos on Wednesday.
“The song is an emotional afrobeats offering highlighting the musical synergy between the two artists.
“They are widely regarded among the most compelling voices in West Africa’s music scene,” Ajayi said.
Seyi Vibez, celebrated for his fusion of street-pop, Afro-fusion and Yoruba cultural elements, combines seamlessly with Omah Lay’s genre-defying style and melodic finesse to deliver a track with strong local and international resonance.
Produced by Tudor Monroe, “My Healer” blends Seyi Vibez’s street-rooted melodies with Omah Lay’s smooth and emotive vocals, resulting in a tender Afrobeats ballad that explores themes of love, healing and emotional connection.
The single was released through NSNV Inc in partnership with EMPIRE.
The release comes on the back of a remarkable digital streaming run for Seyi Vibez, who in 2025 surpassed 2.2 billion all-time streams on Audiomack to become the platform’s most streamed artist.
He also recorded over 400 million on-demand streams in the United States, while his catalogue achieved notable international milestones, including a Top 10 debut on Spotify UK and a Top 5 global albums debut with Fuji Moto.
A fan on tweeter said that “My Healer” reflects meticulous production, with strong emphasis on melody, rhythm and emotional depth, underscoring the versatility that has earned Seyi Vibez a devoted global following.
The collaboration also reinforces his creative alliance with EMPIRE and further positions him as one of Africa’s most influential contemporary musicians and cultural tastemakers.
“My Healer” is now available across all major streaming platforms.(NAN)(www.nannews.ng)
