Sen. Ngwu urges collective efforts to move Nigeria forward

Sen. Osita Ngwu,  Enugu West Senatorial District, has urged Nigerians to unite and make collective efforts toward moving the country forward.

Ngwu made the call on Thursday in Enugu in a message to his constituents to mark Nigeria’s 66th Independence Anniversary.

He said that the anniversary is an opportunity for Nigerians to reflect on the country’s journey since independence and their desire to build growth and prosperity for present and future generations.

According to him, the strength of Nigeria lies in the determination, courage and collective efforts of its people.

The senator reaffirmed his commitment to providing effective and purposeful representation to the people of Enugu West senatorial district.

He said that he had continued to champion initiatives aimed at promoting human capital development, economic empowerment, improved infrastructure, youth development and opportunities for his constituents.

Ngwu also reaffirmed his support for the developmental vision of Gov. Peter Mbah of Enugu state.

He noted that the governor is pursuing initiatives aimed at transforming the state into a model of good governance, economic growth and sustainable development.

The senator urged  Nigerians to renew their faith in the country and strengthen their commitment to building a nation where justice, peace, opportunity and prosperity would be accessible to all.

He urged citizens to rise above their differences, embrace unity and work together with courage and determination for a better Nigeria.

“Our challenges may be many  but together, we can overcome them.

“Our future may demand sacrifice, but with unity, patriotism and purposeful leadership, we can build the Nigeria we all desire,” he said.

Ngwu expressed appreciation to his constituents for their continued trust, support and confidence, assuring them of his commitment to serving them with dedication, humility and a deep sense of responsibility.

“I wish Nigerians a happy 66th Independence Anniversary and pray for God’s blessings upon Nigeria, Enugu State and the people of Enugu West Senatorial District,” Ngwu said. (NAN)
